What are typical Venture In Coaching session outcomes?Typical outcomes: clarity on life path, increased self-awareness, and meaningful life changes. So the beauty of coaching is that we're not fixing anyone, we're not taking them from broken to fixed, we're taking them from status quo to more empowered, more conscious, increasing their understanding of themselves. So the more conscious you are, the more you know yourself and know your own potential and what hinders you. And you can have a clearer vision of that person you always wanted to be; you can start stretching yourself and taking goals to the next level. Each person is different - where they are, where they’ve been, where they’re going. If you truly commit to this work, you will consider it the greatest investment in yourself that you’ve ever made - it is that special.

How does Jungian life coaching work?Jungian life coaching delves into your unconscious mind to uncover hidden strengths and passions. If you feel stuck or trapped in roles that no longer feel right, this coaching can help. Maybe you’ve worked hard to build a career that no longer satisfies you, or you’re unsure how to start something new. Perhaps you’re asking big questions like, “What is my purpose?” or “What am I supposed to do in this life?” We often do things because we think we’re supposed to, influenced by parents, friends, or societal expectations. That feeling of being stuck might be your authentic self screaming to be heard. This coaching helps you rediscover what you truly want to do with your life. There’s a lot of life left to live—what are you waiting for?

What challenges can Venture In Coaching help you overcome?Venture In Coaching can help you overcome challenges related to purpose, meaning, relationship struggles, and spiritual crises. Personal growth is often the first step, whether it’s career changes, relationship issues, or building confidence to pursue lifelong dreams. I’m here to help you reach your potential, not to diagnose you. The power is within you, and I can help you unleash it! Beyond personal growth, you can seek higher knowledge, understand your spiritual nature, and achieve self-actualization—what Jung called individuation. This involves asking profound questions like, “What is the purpose of my life?” and “Who am I, and what am I here to do?” Only you can answer these questions, and I’m here to guide you.

Is Venture In Coaching the right fit for you?If you’re seeking depth, meaning, and personal evolution, Venture In Coaching is likely right for you. Many people come to us with a goal or a desire to change something in their life. You’ve probably achieved some great things already, using the tools you currently have. But here’s the exciting part—I can show you that you’ve only been using a fraction of your potential. Once you understand how you’ve created your persona—the parts of you that you show to others—you’ll see that you have many more tools at your disposal. Imagine your mind as an engine running on half its cylinders. Wouldn’t it be amazing to run on all cylinders and enhance your performance? Do you procrastinate or have routines you’d like to change? Do your relationships follow similar patterns? These issues might be because you’re using the same set of tools. Let me help you discover the other tools that have been inside you all along. The best way to find out is to talk to me! Click below to schedule a call.

How does it differ from therapy?Unlike therapy, coaching focuses on growth and future potential rather than healing past wounds. Carl Jung felt we are not broken and don’t require fixing, rather, "We are not what happened to us, we are what we wish to become." In the middle of the spectrum, there's this place called normal. And as you know, normal is sort of relative, because none of us are really normal in a way, but the way we're looking at normal is just that you're functioning, you're able to get to work, and you're dealing with life. You may know what it feels like when you aren’t quite normal and maybe you’ve sought out a counselor or therapist - because that’s what people do in our society when something feels off. In typical outpatient care, the therapist performs a diagnosis and treatment of a mental disorder. You might do some cognitive behavioral therapy, do some talking to sort things out, and potentially get a prescription of some sort. Hopefully, that gets you back to what we’d call normal. If you’ve experienced counseling and didn’t get what you wanted in terms of understanding your mind or a proper explanation for why you’re still feeling the way you are, yet you feel you are still functioning normally, then I’d suggest you try coaching! If we swing the other way, this is where it gets interesting, because this is where coaches come in. Coaches don't diagnose and treat mental illness or mental disorders, they are actually working with clients who are already at that normal functioning level, and they simply want to reach their potential. Coaches are not limited to having a license to treat people because they're not really treating the person, they're actually empowering the person toward evolution - finding your answers within yourself. Counselors and coaches don't need to compete with each other because they really are for two different types of people or for people in different stages of their own human development. While I do have a master’s degree and could conceivably pursue a license, I prefer to be on this side, where I can work with seekers all over the world and not be restricted by state licensing and regulations. I’m a seeker too, and this work allows me to continue my own personal individuation journey as we learn and grow together.
